Mark Heckele is a licensed attorney in Arizona. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a Masters’ degree in business administration (M.B.A.) from the Eller College of Management and a doctoral degree in law (J.D.) from the James E. Rogers College of Law, Mr. Heckele joined the Law Office of Drue A. Morgan-Birch, P.C. before founding The Heckele Law Firm PLLC, in March 2010. In July 2010, Mr. Heckele was invited to affiliate with the reputable firm of Karp & Weiss, P.C., as an attorney of counsel. In April, 2012, Mr. Heckele joined Dorris & Giordano, P.L.C. as an attorney of counsel. And, in May 2013, Mark Heckele helped form Giordano & Heckele, PLLC where he is a managing member.
Mark W. Heckele’s legal practice focuses on civil litigation and transactional law in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, Estate Planning and Intellectual Property. Mr. Heckele is active throughout the business, legal and philanthropic community, and is/was: the President of the Pima County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD); state representative for the American Bar Association YLD; a member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court; alumnus of Phi Alpha Delta; an Advocate for the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA); board member of Tucson Young Professionals; a member of Business Networking International; and board member of the German-American Club of Tucson. Mark Heckele was also recognized by Inside Tucson Business as one of Tucson’s “Up & Comers” of 2011.
